國語(yǔ)辭典下議院
立憲國家兩院制議會(huì )之一。由民選議員組成，有議決法律案、預算決算案等職權。如美國的眾議院、法國的國民議會(huì )、荷蘭的二院等。也稱(chēng)為「下院」。
