人名。（西元前440～前381）?戰國時(shí)衛人。仕魏文侯，領(lǐng)兵擊秦，拔五城，拜西河守。后被譖奔楚，為楚悼王相，楚日益強盛。因主張廢公族之疏遠者以養戰士，遂招怨貴戚大臣，后被射死。李克亦稱(chēng)起貪而好色，然用兵，司馬穰苴不能過(guò)。著(zhù)有《吳子》六篇。
