人名。（西元前305?～前240?）?戰國時(shí)齊人。長(cháng)于思辯，倡九州說(shuō)、五德終始說(shuō)，為陰陽(yáng)家的先驅。著(zhù)書(shū)立說(shuō)，名重諸侯，燕昭王曾師事之。因其言論迂大而閎辯，齊人稱(chēng)之為「談天衍」。
