解釋形聲
◎ 形聲 xíngshēng
[pictophonetic characters,with one element indicating meaning and the other sound] 六書(shū)之一。指字由“形”和“聲”兩部分合成,形旁有關(guān)意義,聲旁有關(guān)讀音。如由形旁“氵(水)”和聲旁“胡”合成“湖”。形聲字佔漢字總數的百分之八十以上。也叫“諧聲”

國語(yǔ)辭典六書(shū)中的形聲字。由音符與意符組合而成，意符表形，音符表聲。如江、河二字，從水取義，以工、可分標其聲。漢．許慎〈說(shuō)文解字序〉：「形聲者，以事為名，取譬相成?！辜粗钙湟允骂?lèi)為主，再取其聲組合而成。也稱(chēng)為「諧聲」、「象聲」。
