國語(yǔ)辭典楦頭，製鞋時(shí)塞在鞋內的木質(zhì)模型。通常皮匠有大小楦頭數種，使用時(shí)往往一起搬出來(lái)，故稱(chēng)為「搬楦頭」。後用以比喻揭發(fā)陰私，把醜事一一宣布出來(lái)。《儒林外史．第四五回》：「又大家搬楦頭，說(shuō)偷著(zhù)店裡的店官，店官也跟在裡頭打吵?！?/span>
