國語(yǔ)辭典不逮捕特權
憲法上規定在會(huì )期中，除現行犯外，警方不得逮捕或拘禁國民大會(huì )代表、立法委員、監察委員。目的在避免因被補人員不能行使職權，而影響開(kāi)會(huì )或決議人數。
